Deep in the Quiet

(2019 – present)

Begun just before and during the Covid pandemic the series morphed into an echo of our shrinking world. The work became small glimpses of nature’s vastness with a deepening tension between what is seen and what is felt. While some paintings are more abstract than others, all reflect an intense moment brought to a single breath.
